RETURNS POLICY
Returns
Please contact us via email (luxxthelabel@luxxthelabel.com) to arrange a return.
Purchases can be returned for a store credit only (except in the instance of a faulty item). Items returned must fulfill the following requirements:
• We are contacted for a return within 14 days from date of receiving item
• A receipt and proof of purchase is provided to us
• The item is unworn and in original condition with all tags still attached
• The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tans
• The item does not obtain any odours (including deodorants, perfumes, body odour or washing powders)
• The item has hygiene stickers still in place (bodysuits)
• Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
LUXX THE LABEL reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were dispatched. Any items received by us which do not adhere to our terms and conditions listed above will be returned back to the customer.
All shipping is couriered via Australia Post.
Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is deemed faulty and confirmed by LUXX THE LABEL.
All returns must be submitted within 14 days from date of delivery, unless otherwise approved by one of our customer service team members.
Returns will take approximately 5 - 7 business days to process once items is received by LUXX THE LABEL.
Faulty Items
We work hard to ensure every item arrives to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of an item being received and deemed faulty, we are happy to provide you with a replacement, store credit, or full refund; based on the grounds that:
1. You contact us regarding the fault (within 14 days of receiving item) via email at luxxthelabel@luxxthelabel.com with: (a) your order number, (b) a brief description of the fault, (c) pictures clearly depicting the fault so it can be accurately and promptly assessed by our customer service team.
2. The faulty item is unworn and in original condition with all tags still attached. If, however, you noticed the fault after wearing the item, please include this information when contacting us.
